- Enquiry and contact form data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless an ongoing relationship exists
- Analytics and cookie data is retained in accordance with the respective platform’s retention policies (Google Analytics: up to 26 months; Meta Pixel: as per Meta’s data retention policy)
- WhatsApp and live chat records are retained for up to 12 months unless required for ongoing business purposes
- Emirates One platform interaction data is retained for up to 24 months
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Opting out of marketing communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp marketing message, or by contacting us directly. You will then be removed from our marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you in relation to any active property enquiry or transaction.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
